We have in place a minimum order within the United States of $45.00. As of 12/1/2009, we are set up to ship to all states except Hawaii. This should change in the near future, and a notice will be posted here once the change occurs.

Prices are subject to change at any time as the plants become larger and are potted up. Pot size is only used as a general indication of plant size. When possible, we include an average leaf span or plant height in the description. Rarity, size of plant, number of growths and select forms influence pricing beyond the norm. If you need more information regarding leaf span, number of growths, etc., or are looking for larger size and selected plants, please email us with your request.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted through our website. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can email us your order and mail the payment. All such orders will be held until the funds are deposited and cleared.

Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. If shipment by Express Mail is desired, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. There will be extra shipping charges for overnight delivery. During extreme heat and cold, shipments may be held until conditions have eased. In the winter, heat packs are available if requested at the time the order is placed.

Orders received by Friday of each week are shipped out the following week whenever possible. This allows us time to dry the plants down before packing and shipping. Orders are shipped out on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week to assure orders arrive by the weekend. Our shipping schedule will occasionally be altered by Holidays.

We do our best to accurately price packing and shipping. During the start-up phase of our business, prices will be adjusted accordingly. While we do not wish profit from the shipping of orders, the cost of packing supplies and the time involved in packaging will be taken into consideration.

Any plant grown in plastic will be shipped in its pot. Plants grown in clay pots will be shipped out of the pot. Larger, heavier plants and some plants in spike may require extra shipping charges due to additional weight, packing materials and time.

Safe delivery of plants is guaranteed year-round. Winter shipments are recommended to include the addition of chemical heat packs. If the customer declines the heat packs we cannot be held responsible for damages. During bitterly cold weather, winter shipments may be held until temperatures allow safe shipping. Tender parts of the plants, such as buds or blooms, cannot be guaranteed against damage.

June's Orchid Estate cannot guarantee the productivity of any plant purchased from our company. All plants are inspected for any signs of disease before leaving our facility and to the best of our knowledge, are shipped free of pests or diseases. However, plants are living things and can at any time develop problems. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will offer cultural advice or replace the plants affected. After 10 days, we cannot be held responsible for the health of the plants as they are no longer in our care.

If plants arrive damaged due to freezing, overheating or poor packing, please notify us immediately. Please do not refuse or return any shipment without notifying us first. Because plants are considered perishable, most cannot be covered for damage through the shipper. Upon return of the damaged plants, we will issue a credit or replace the plants. Return shipping is at the customer¿s expense, but the replacement plants will be shipped no charge. In the case of damaged plants due to a shipping issue, please send us a photo or photos, so we will have proof when filing a claim with the carrier.

All orders shipped within the State of Florida will be charged the 7% State sales tax.

We currently are unable to export our orchid plants. Once export permits are obtained for shipping of orchid plants outside the U.S., a notice will be posted on the website.
